On 26 February 2014 at Hotel Sirius in Strumica was held the first Regional Consultative Forum In the framework on preparation of the new IPA II Cross-border Programme Bulgaria - Macedonia 2014-2020 . Head of Joint Technical Secretariat - Kyustendil Mr. Nicholas Dochev welcomed the presence of 30 participants from the Southeast Region , and  Mrs. Jasmina Jankovic Taseva expert Consortium Project Planning and Management presented the complete results of the analysis and proposed thematic priorities.
