This is to present to your kind attention a survey that is part of a research methodology under a service contract for “Performance of Impact Evaluation of the IPA Cross-border Programmes 2007-2013, managed by the Republic of Bulgaria” . Тhe aim of the survey is to obtain your opinion on such an important topic as the achievements and long-term impact of the above mentioned programmes.
