Documents for preparation of subsidy contracts

The following documents for preparation of subsidy contracts must be submitted until 16 September 2016 to the Managing Authority (17-19 “Sv. Sv. Kiril and Methodiy” Str., 1202 Sofia, Bulgaria, Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works, DG “Territorial Cooperation Management”, room 523 or 616):

1) Certificate issued by the relevant body (National Income Agency, Tax office, Social Security Office) for lack of obligations (taxes and social security duties) issued not later than 6 months prior the date of contract signature (October 2016) or plan for rescheduling of the debts (if existing), stamped and signed by respective organization (in original or notary certified copy and English translation) - for each project partner;

2) Documentary and other evidences (in original or notary certified copy and English translation) on the most recent legal status of each partner (issued not later than 6 months prior the date of contract signature (October 2016);

3) Declaration of eligibility and commitment, signed by each Project Partner (in original) – as per the template enclosed to the Application form;

4) Partnership and co-financing statement, signed by each Project Partner (in original) – as per the template enclosed to the Application form;

5) De Minimis State Aid Declaration – signed, dated and stamped - provided by each Bulgarian partner (in original) – as per the template enclosed to the Guidelines for Applicants;

6) Declaration for awareness with definition for irregularity and fraud and procedure for reporting under Interreg-IPA Cross-border Cooperation Bulgaria-the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia Programme, signed by each Project Partner (in original) – as per the template enclosed to this letter;

7) Specimen of the Legal Representative of the Lead Partner (original or notary certified copy);

9) Financial identification form of the Lead Partner (in original) – as per the template enclosed to this letter (please note that the name of the Lead partners should be indicated in English);

10) Construction permit – for each partner envisaging construction works (if applicable according to the relevant legislation)
