Public consultations on the draft Guidelines for applicants package under Programme Priority 1 "Greener border region"

The Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works of the Republic of Bulgaria (Managing Authority) together with the Ministry of Local Self-Government of the Republic of North Macedonia (National Authority) of the Interreg (VI-A) IPA Bulgaria - North Macedonia 2021-2027 Programme launched for public discussion a Guidelines for applicants package under Priority 1 "Greener Border Region" in the framework of Policy Objective 2 " A greener, low-carbon transitioning towards a net zero carbon economy and resilient Europe by promoting clean and fair energy transition, green and blue investment, the circular economy, climate change mitigation and adaptation, risk prevention and management, and sustainable urban mobility”.

The objective of the Call is to identify project proposals that would contribute to the development of "green" infrastructure (GI) in urban and peri-urban areas, whose wide effects positively impact human health and wellbeing, support a green economy, create job opportunities and enhance biodiversity.

Stakeholders are welcome to submit their comments, supported by concrete proposals for revision of the texts on the documents, no later than 19 May 2023 at: jtsipakyustendil@gmail.com [1]
