Directorate General “Territorial Cooperation Management” at the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works of the Republic of Bulgaria, in its capacity of Managing Authority of IPA Cross-border cooperation programmes managed by the Republic of Bulgaria intends to award a service contract for “Performance of Impact Evaluation of the IPA Cross-border Programmes 2007-2013, managed by the Republic of Bulgaria” in Sofia, Bulgaria with financial assistance from the Bulgaria – Serbia IPA Cross-border Programme 2007-2013, Bulgaria – the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia IPA Cross-border Programme 2007-2013, Bulgaria – Turkey IPA Cross-border Programme 2007-2013.
