Regional Administration Blagoevgrad intends to award a service contract for Elaboration of a Detailed Urban Development Plan, Development of the Conceptual options of urban parcel plans for comparison and a Final urban parcel plan for the elements of the engineering technical infrastructure, as well as Development of an Investment project for the buildings and facilities in the urban border area in a "conceptual design phase" for a new Border cross checkpoint (BCCP) Strumyani – Berovo  in Blagoevgrad district with financial assistance from the Interreg-IPA CBC  Bulgaria – North Macedonia.
