On February 27, 2014 in Stip in hotel Oaza held the second Regional Consultative Forum which is part of the preparations for the new IPA II Cross-border Programme Bulgaria - Macedonia for the programming period 2014-2020. This forum was attended by over 50 representatives of stakeholders from the Eastern Region , as well as representative of the Ministry of Local Government of R.M. Mr. Arsim Fidani and Head of the Joint Technical Secretariat of Kyustendil Mr. Nicholay Dochev. Before attending Ms. Jasmina Jankovic Taseva expert from Consortium for project planning and management in detail explain past activities, analysis, results and proposed thematic priorities .
