The series of first three regional consultative forums ended in Kumanovo on 28 February 2014 in Restaurant NAMA. This forum attended by over 40 representatives of local governments, schools, non-governmental sector of the Northeast Region . Initially Ms. Brankica Ristovska representative of the Ministry of Local Government welcomed the participants , then head of JTS Mr. Nicholas Dochev present state of the program for the period 2007-2013 . The results of the analysis and proposed thematic priorities were presented by expert planning Ms. Jasmina Jankovic Taseva from Consortium for Project Planning and Management engaged in a service contract for the preparation of future IPA II Cross-border program.
