The first round of Regional Consultative Forums ended in Blagoevgrad, where on March 7, 2014 at a hotel Ezerets held the last meeting attended by over 30 representatives of local governments and NGOs from the Blagoevgrad region as well as representatives from several municipalities in Macedonia. Initially Mrs. Asya Hristova - representative of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Republic of Bulgaria welcomed the participants, then Head of JTS Mr. Nicholay Dochev present state of the program 2007-2013. The results of the analysis and proposed thematic priorities were presented by expert Mrs. Eleonora Ivanova of Consortium of Project Planning and Management involved in the preparation of future IPA II Cross-border program.
