In relation to the amendment of art. 68 of Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council and the amendment of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 481/2014, on the treatment of expenditures for project staff, a change was made in the relevant texts of the Guidelines for applicants under the Second Call for proposals. Changes to the applicable requirements apply when the project staff will be employed on a part-time basis. According to the amendments to the European legislation, in these cases staff costs should be planned on the basis of "real costs" rather than "flat rate".
