5. Reason for cancellation
The respective procedure for supply is developed on the basis of Procedures and practical guide (PRAG) version 2016. Due to changes in PRAG and new applicable version from August 2018 the tender procedure published on 19.11.2018 could not be implemented. Procedure for supply should be updated in order to fully correspondent to the applicable PRAG rules at the date of opening of the tender.
