5. Reason for cancellation
The works procurement procedure  Construction works in Municipality of Rankovce within project "Common actions for flood prevention in the cross-border region" on the official web-site of the IPA Interreg Programme www.ipa-cbc-007.eu [2] has been cancelled,  because there  have been found technical mistakes in the templates made by Contracting Authority  that can caused potential misunderstandings and disputes of the procedure. So, because of it the works procedure will be relaunched again.

Should a new tender procedure be launched for this project, a new contract notice will be published, unless the contracting authority awards the contract through a negotiated procedure – in which case only the award of the contract will be published.
