MINUTES OF SITE VISIT & INFORMATION MEETING  10.03.2017, town of Rila - Project №  CB006.1.11.103 “Joint Investments in Energy Effectivness”

Contract  Title: Execution of works on the site “Implementing energy efficiency measures in the municipality building, the town of Rila, funded under project No CB006.1.11.103.

The information meeting and the site visit is organized by a Committee, appointed by an administrative order No RD-01-04-101/06.03.2017 of the Mayor of Rila Municipality.

7 (seven) persons, representatives of 5 (five) legal entittes attended the information meeting and the site visit.

The participants were informed about the main types of works, included in the project, namely:

• Laying on the surrounding walls of lime plaster with thermal insulation of expanded polystyrene (XPS) with width 80mm;
• Laying lime plaster with thermal insulation of extended polystyrene on the bay windows of the building (XPS) with width 100mm;
• Laying insulation of expanded polystyrene (XPS) with width 100mm on the flat roof on the building;
• The heating - replacing the old boiler with a new one and complete replacing of the heating system /pipes and radiators/.

The participants were informed about main issues concerning the presenet tender procedure, the draft contract, methods of payment, main requriements to the execution of planned works.

The participants visited all the premises of the adiminstartive buildings of Rila municipality, subject of the planned works.
